Why is Broly(classic) only 4A? He should be at least 3C+

We literally see in the first movie of Broly the very first scenes were if him easily destroying an entire galaxy and too in a heavily restricted and controlled state, at full power he would far far stronger and not to mention he constantly gets stronger as well.

IMO classic Broly should be at least Galaxy level to Multi Galaxy level I. E 3C to 3B

You know what time and timeframe is?

It needed at least 3 seconds for destroy most of the galaxy and some more for totally destroying it.

Calculate mass/time and that's the result, whatever, broly classic is going to take 3-B for going to destroy 1/4 of the universe that is universe sized
