Ok basically, HA Dio absorbed the Saint Corpse and 36 Souls
The same corpse which maded Love Train, A barrier of infinite dimensions. Currently rated as possibly 2-A.
So changes are:
Love Train and who scale from it will have solid 2-A, the High 3-A comes from an old assumption of jojo verse being High 3-A, which is wrong
HA Dio will have a possibly 2-A physical key and 2-A with Reallity Overwrite, the same thing with Star Platinum.
Everyone who used the full Holy Corpse will have 2-A with Full Holy Corpse.

So this calc puts SC's speed at 1488c, which is Massively FTL+
And now i'il translate it:
Coin (62px) = 0.018m
Distance from light to coin (17px) = 0.004935484m
Time (0.004935484 / 299792458) = 1.6463003e-11
Now I need the distance that the Chariot moved
Random's head (71px) = 0.238m (Assuming he is at least 1.70)
Light height (611px) = 2.04m
Now, Polnareff was in front of the random, it is not possible to know the exact distance but I will assume that he was at least 1 meter from him. So we have the total distance that the Chariot has traveled.

The first key is fine.
The second key 4-A is for his physical AP.
And that's just literally wrong, HA Dio literally said he need ability to finish jotaro.
Also this is the proof that it's thought based, so it should be noted in profile
I don't really see it, but maybe Jotaro (not HA Dio) should get possibly Low 2-C Durability.
It is a bit iffy, but now i will say why it would scale.
The feat was using RO Low 2-C, you can say they wasn't there, but then he stated that, meaning they was in main universe

Love Train is getting At Least High Universe Level, possibly Multiversal+ Level in Durabillity
And also should be listed in Love Train hax "Possibly Higher Dimensional Existence" because it's barrier maded of infinite dimensions
Both Tusk act 4 and Ball Breaker are getting High 3-A, possibly 2-A since they can physically bypass Love Train Barrier
