Alexander Plutinov is the president of Prusia, a peaceful nation ruled by violence, Plutinov main hobby is to ride things, he has ridden all short of things in the world, be it machines or wild animals.

After an accident happened, Plutinov appeared in a strange world with mystical creatures such as Orcs and Wyverns, and now, Plutinov highest desire is to ride all things in this new world with new creatures
