~ All For One to Nana Shimura

I don't think so, because I am here.
~ All For One using All Might's slogan

Background

All For One (オール・フォー・ワン Ōru Fō Wan), named Zen Shigaraki (Zen Shigaraki), is the overarching antagonist of the manga and anime series My Hero Academia. He serves as the main antagonist of the "Hideout Raid Arc", the former leader and benefactor of the League of Villains, the most powerful villain in all of Japan, as well as the arch-enemy of All Might.

His goal is to take over Tomura's body, use it to steal the "One For All" Quirk, and use its power to fulfill his dream of becoming the greatest "Demon Lord" the world has ever known.

It was later revealed that he also possesses an unnamed Quirk that allows him to levitate in mid-air), Air Manipulation (Possesses a Quirk called "Air Cannon" which allows him to shoot large blasts of air from his arms), Infrared Vision (Possesses a Quirk called "Infrared" that allows him to sense his surroundings using infrared senses), Attack Reflection (Possesses a Quirk called "Impact Recoil" which allows him to completely reflect the impact of an attack back onto the attacker), Information Analysis (Possesses a Quirk called "Search" which allows him to monitor up to a hundred people at once, including their location and weaknesses), Teleportation (Possesses a Quirk called "Warping" which allows him to produce a black liquid that acts as a portal), Body Control (Possesses a Quirk called "Springlike Limbs" which allows him to coil his muscles like springs, both to increase his striking power and to grow extra arms and protrusions), Bone Manipulation (Possesses a Quirk called "Spearlike Bones" which allows him to grow drill-like protrusions from his bones), Radiation Manipulation (Possesses a Quirk called "Radio Waves" which allows him to disrupt radio waves and cause communicators to malfunction), Fire Manipulation (Possesses a Quirk called "Hardflame Fan" which allows him to generate a wall of flames to act as defense), Possession (Through the conscious vestige of himself left in the original "All For One" Quirk, which was later given to Tomura Shigaraki, he is able to suppress Tomura's will and control his body), Regeneration (High-Mid. It is also believed that he may have had, or still possesses, all the Quirks that Nomus has been seen to possess), Resistance to Biological Manipulation (It has been claimed by Hawks that the amount of Quirks he carries within his body is unaffected by the Drug's "Rewind" effect), Limited Reactive Evolution & Accelerated Development (Quirk users have been shown to evolve or increase the strength of their Quirk when in a life or death situation)

Attack Potency: At least Mountain level+ (Matched the power of "Weakened" All Might's attacks with his "Air Cannon" Quirk, with most of his weakest attacks carrying enough force to form a thunderstorm), likely Large island level (Exhausted "Weakened" All Might until he could no longer maintain his hero transformation, and later increased that power to even greater levels with the "Ultimate Quirk Combination", which was meant to kill him) | At least Small Country level (Much stronger than in his "Weakened" state. Tore out "Prime" All Might's guts and nearly killed him during their first one-on-one fight. Overwhelmed Nana Shimura, Gran Torino, and "Teen" All Might with ease, and ended the fight with a blast that annihilated an entire island. Many leagues above Nine, who only had a weaker version of the "All for One" Quirk), Unknown (The full extent of his raw power was never truly shown) | At least Small Country level (By activating the "Rewind" drug, he is able to rejuvenate his body back to the "Prime" state he had in the past), likely far higher (According to the battle report given by Hawks, after his fight with All For One, he had become increasingly powerful as he was rejuvenated by the drug's "Rewind" effect. Becoming noticeably much stronger after being rejuvenated to his teenage years, even compared to the "Prime" state he had in the past. Being able to easily overwhelm all the Pro-Heroes and hero students who were initially able to fight him in his "Prime" state. Capable of unleashing attacks that one-shotted both Gigantomachia, and Fumikage's "Dark Shadow" while in "Total Release")

Speed: Massively Hypersonic (Kept up with "Weakened" All Might), Speed of Light attack speed via "Radio Waves" Quirk ("Radio waves" are electromagnetic radiation that travels at the speed of light) | Sub-Relativistic (Comparable to "Prime" All Might) | Sub-Relativistic (Comparable to his "Prime" state from the past), likely far higher (Noticeably much faster than in his previous "Prime" state. Able to take by surprise and overwhelm all the heroes who were initially able to keep up with him in his "Prime" state), Speed of Light attack speed via "Radio Waves" Quirk

Lifting Strength: Class T (Grappled with "Weakened" All Might) | At least Class T (Comparable to "Prime" All Might), Unknown (The full extent of his power has never been truly shown) | At least Class T (Comparable to his "Prime" state from the past), likely far higher (Noticeably much higher compared to his previous "Prime" state)

Durability: At least Mountain level+ (Took several hits from "Weakened" All Might, without showing any sign of pain), likely Large Island level (Survived the "United States of Smash", although he was knocked unconscious) | At least Small Country level (Withstood "Prime" All Might's hits), Unknown (The exact amount of brute force he could withstand from "Prime" All Might was not shown. Although, the top of his head was completely destroyed by it) | At least Small Country level (Comparable to his "Prime" state from the past), likely far higher (Able to survive attacks which in turn reduced his body to a near-corpse state, with the combined effect of the "Super Regeneration" Quirk and the "Rewind" drug making him near-unkillable)

Stamina: Extremely High (Shouldn't be anywhere below his nemesis, All Might, who during his "Prime" state could perform hero work for more than "72 hours straight")

Range: Standard melee range, Unknown via "All For One" Quirk

Standard Equipment:

  • Breathing Mask (Two different models): With part of his head obliterated by All Might in the past, during their first one-on-one battle, All For One had to rely on respirators to keep his weakened and injured body alive. Which is why, when in his "Weakened" state, he was seen wearing two different models of breathing masks, meant to help him breathe when under the strain of battle. The first model was used during the "Kamino Incident", and the second was used during the battle at the ruins of Gunga Mountain Villa in the "Final War Arc".

  • Rewind Drug (Based on Shie Hassaikai's "Quirk-Destroying Drug" sample): This drug was created and given to him by Dr. Garaki, prior to his capture and imprisonment by the Pro-Heroes, to be one of his final tricks to play in the "Final War Arc". Once activated, it replicates the rewind effect of Eri's Quirk on his body, allowing him to instantly heal from any potential injury.

Intelligence: Gifted to Genius (Having been around for more than a hundred years, and aiming to become the greatest "Demon Lord" of all time for as many years, he is a tactical and strategic mastermind without equal. Having devised countless plans and schemes throughout his life, all with the aim of ensuring that his goal would ultimately be achieved, with numerous backup plans and countermeasures up his sleeve, should his plans fail or he be betrayed. Being able to easily manipulate and influence those who can be beneficial to his plans, through the sheer understanding of their emotions and mindset. Having also easily predicted the outcomes of his imprisonment in "Tartarus", All Might's retirement, as well as Endeavor's rise to the No. 1 Pro-Hero position, without any help from outside his cell)

Weaknesses: In order to steal or give away a Quirk, he must first make physical contact with the person. After being mortally wounded by All Might, he became completely blind, and therefore has to rely on his other senses and Quirks to fight someone properly now. The injuries he suffered after the fight with "Prime" All Might, also greatly weakening his powers and limiting his once "infinite" potential. Because of his sadistic tendencies, he prefers to emotionally destroy his victims first, before killing them. The "Lie Detector" Quirk won't work if the people he's talking to are brainwashed by another Quirk, as was the case with Shinso's Quirk and Aoyama's parents. Once he activates the "Rewind" effect of the modified "Quirk-Destroying Drug" given to him by Dr. Garaki, his body will continue to rejuvenate to the point of non-existence. The speed of its "Rewind" effect will also increase in response to any injuries he may sustain while in this "state". According to Hawks' report, the more he is rejuvenated by the drug's effect, the more emotionally unstable he becomes and the more unable he is to control his "negative emotions".
