Background
BOB is a character from Twin Peaks, acting as the main antagonist of the original series but also playing a significant role in the 1992 prequel movie Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, and then the 2017 revival. It's a demonic entity that resides in The Black Lodge and was likely released into the world following a 1945 nuclear test in White Sands, New Mexico.
For several decades, BOB would spend his time possessing humans and watching over people through taking the form of Owls. During this time, BOB would also commit a ton of crimes in order to elicit pain, fear, and suffering from those around him, which only empowers Black Lodge through "garmonbozia" for nourishment. This would get him into conflict with MIKE, who desired to stop BOB after seeing "God"

Major Briggs being abducted was described as a "pressure" of thoughts being forcibly inserted into him), Fear Manipulation, Empowerment, and Madness Manipulation (Spirits of the Black Lodge can induce pain and sorrow, feeding into their fears and suffering, which is referred to as "garmonbozia," (or creamed corn). The fear induced on beings can be so intense that it can kill individuals and one who comes into contact with The Lodge has been described as going insane from the prime example being Phillip Jeffries, who could barely speak properly after entering "The Room Above The Convenient Store."), Matter Manipulation (The Woodsmen can create physical bodies for themselves by descending into the human world and can unmake them at will), Light Manipulation (The appearance of Lodge Entities is marked with the disruption of natural lighting, causing wild flashes and a manifestation of an unknown object connected to them according to Douglas Milford, which caused an evening sky to turn pitch black in moments), Animal Manipulation, Shapeshifting (BOB demonstrates that Lodge Spirits can control animals, such as BOB controlling Owls and being considered "harbingers of reverse speech."); In its true form, BOB has Nonexistent Physiology (Type 1; The Black Lodge is merely nonexistence, with it even being stated to be "not a place" and also "nowhere", with spirits themselves existing as the pervading nothingness that comprises the realm itself), Beyond-Dimensional Existence (Lodge Spirits exist beyond the concept of space and time altogether)
Attack Potency: Varies (Lodge Spirits are capable of modulating their existences through manipulating the vibrations that exist within the ethereal electricity that underpins reality, using it to ascend upwards and downwards throughout the infinite layers of reality, which they can also do to others by giving them "higher vibrational qualities". This travel have an effect on their power, with their power weakening the lower they travel down into lower levels of existence outside of The Lodges). Multi-Continent level (Lodge Spirits are capable of offering human magicians who can access their realm the ability to "reorder the earth to his liking,", which was stated by Windom Earle, who had a connection to BOB himself at the time) to High Hyperverse level+ (Can manifest within and control the Red Room to some extend, a plane of existence that exists on a deeper level than even the physical world, seeing the infinite layers of reality as merely an illusory veil) | Ascendent level (A native resident to The Black Lodge, a nonexistence realm that sits even deeper than The Red Room and exists as "untethered" from space and time entirely, also being defined as "nowhere" in regards to its existence within space and time, which is merely non-linear and unstable in The Red Room whilst being totally absent in regards to The Black Lodge, further proving it's beyond space and time entirely)
Speed: Varies from physical host and on their level of existence. Relativistic (Through the use of electricity, one can travel from Philadelphia to Argentina in moments, such as when the same happened to Phillip Jeffries, who got sent through electric wires) to Immeasurable (Regularly access higher levels of existence beyond time and space, with Major Briggs being flung back and fourth through history as an unseen force suggesting that electricity can allow one to travel through time physically as a force. It's stated that Lodge Spirits are capable of moving free of the constraints of space and time) | Irrelevant (The Lodges exist beyond the concept of space and time, being merely a void independent of either's influence)
Lifting Strength: Unknown normally when inhabiting a physical host & existing on a lower level of reality, up to Immeasurable when accessing a higher level of existence | Irrelevant (Transcends the concept of space and time entirely, residing in The Black Lodge)
Durability: Unknown (Normally exists as an energetic being comprised of the ether that underpins reality and this also means that the durability of Lodge Spirit's hosts' can vary), up to High Hyperverse level+ (Can compete with MIKE and other Lodge Spirits, who aren't able to kill him permanently) | Ascendent level (Even when on the same level of existence, BOB is comparable to other Lodge Spirits, whom of which can't kill BOB)
Stamina: Infinite (Lodge Spirits don't require any natural substance or rest to exist)
Range: Ascendental (Can access any level of existence in the Twin Peaks multiverse that aren't governed by The Fireman, meaning that BOB can interact with and also control places such as The Red Room, which exists on a deeper level of an infinite layered multiverse and The Black Lodge, which is completely removed from the concepts of space and time entirely, existing as "nothing" beyond influence)
Standard Equipment: None, although BOB is willing to use various weapons against victims such as blunt items
Intelligence: Very High (BOB is an ancient spirit who operates on a level beyond human comprehension, with Dr. Jacoby even stating that The Lodges hold things that are beyond what the human mind can truly visualize and it's akin to "seeing" their surroundings with all senses at once. Despite this, BOB also is deranged and seemingly acts on instinct but with intelligence, being able to formulate a plan that can throw off the best of the police and also involve non-conventional ways of investigating to solve)
Weaknesses: Implied to need one's permission to enter a body and fully possess them, although this can be mitigated by BOB utilizing torture and abuse to achieve this end goal, otherwise none
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Electricity: BOB has control over "Electricity", which is an ethereal energy that pervades the cosmos and comprises the narrative that is Twin Peaks. Through manipulation of this force, one can achieve many things that involve the alteration of reality in some form, whether it be offensively or for traveling purposes, such as accessing different levels of existence to even just traveling across powerlines to reach different parts of the world
- Fire: As a complement to "Electricity", Fire is a fundamental force of the universe that BOB can utilize to alter reality. It's implied that "Fire" is linked to life energy and is also the makeup of one's own soul. Through controlling "Fire", one can control the spiritual essences that exist in tandem with "Electricity"
- Black Fire: There is a variation of "Fire" that exists as "Black Fire", a representation of death, disease and corruption
