Background
Battra is a giant moth kaiju that first appeared in 1992's Godzilla vs Mothra.
Battra was created around 12 thousand years ago by Earth, as a dark counterpart of his rival, Mothra, and to destroy a device made to manipulate the climate made by humans. After Battra destroyed the device, he went to destroy the whole human race, because he saw them as a pest to the planet that would damage and suffocate the Earth. However, Mothra then fought Battra and sealed him in the North Sea for centuries. in 1993, a meteor striked the Earth, which then awakened Battra once again.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Prism Beams: Battra is capable of firing orange electrical blasts called Prism Beams (プリズム光線 Purizumu Kōsen) from his horn while in his larval stage. He can also fire purple prism beams from his eyes. However, these beams often fly wildly about, with Battra not appearing to have any precise control over their direction. The titanic larva can also create energy pulses from his massive horn as another form of attack.
- Electric Shock: In Imago Form, Battra can release an energy shock from his feet in order to subdue his opponents while in close combat.
- Hurricane Winds: In Imago Form, Battra can create wind storms with his wings.
- Poisonous Powder: Just like Mothra, Battra can unleash a poisonous powder. Unlike Mothra's, his is red.
