Background

CHIM (pronounced kɪm or tʃɪm), called the Secret Syllable of Royalty, is a state of existence where an individual becomes aware that all of existence is nothing more than the Dream of the Godhead, and everyone from mortals to even Gods, are nothing more than mere imaginary constructs in the mind of an indifferent God, once you become aware of this you’re tested, if you’re not able to hold your individuality and you accept that you don’t truly exist (because how can you exist if you’re just part of a dream?), then you’re Zero Summed, where you are erased on every possible level, and stop existing, to finally vanish from the Dream, but if you’re able to keep your will and individuality, being arrogant enough to say “I” even after discovering that all of existence is a lie and you’re just an illusion, then you ascend to CHIM, where you gain true free will and independence form the Dream of the Godhead, transcending the Tower in it's totality, surpassing all possible restrictions and limitations, and becoming able to reshape and control the Dream. In a commonly used analogy: 1 (I exist), having you’re existence refuted by discovering that your part of the Dream, would get you an -1 (I don’t exist), so 1+(-1)=0, that’s being Zero Summed, but if your able to keep your individuality, you get something else than “Zero”, you ascend to CHIM, so the CHIM equation would be 1+(-1)=1 (I want to continue to exist), that’s why sometimes CHIM is referred as “A type of zero still to be discovered”, once ascended to CHIM, the CHIM user can control all layers of the Dream of the Godhead, all of creation becomes a mere lower plane from the perspective of the CHIM user, one that it can alter in any way he wants.

Tier

CHIM users transcends the Telescope of Wheels, which consists on an infinite hierarchy of 1-A+ realms or “Wheels” that comprise the Dream of the Godhead/Amarath, this multiple Wheels exists in parallel, and when viewed sideways it forms a single wheel which is the "Telescope of wheels" or "The Tower of Wheels", each Wheel precede the creation of Space and Time by Lorkhan and Akatosh, representing higher infinities which lacks completely from the notions of “Time angles”, referring to Spatial-Temporal Dimensions, existing above even the Unbound Et’Ada, except from Lorkhan and Akatosh who are above or equal to the Lowest Wheel (Aurbis). CHIM users transcend the Tower of Wheels, and can look at the Tower sideways thus making CHIM High 1-A.

Uses

• Reality Warping (Once aware of the Dream, the CHIM user can reshape all reality across the Dream at will, thus all Magic comes from the act of an individual exerting changes upon reality in accordance to their Will)
• Spatial Manipulation (The concept of “Space” which was created by Lorkhan to fill the Lowest Wheel (Aurbis), can be unmake and remade at will by CHIM users, since they transcend the Aurbis and can control it in it’s entirety)
• Time Manipulation (The concept of “Time” which was created by Akatosh to fill the lowest Wheel (Aurbis), can be unmake and remade at will by CHIM users, since they transcend the Aurbis and can control it at will in it’s entirety)
• Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; CHIM users can alter and shape the underlying structure of the Dream of the Godhead at will, including all it’s concepts and personifications (Gods), transcending all of them simultaneously)
• Dimensional Manipulation (Type 2; CHIM users can freely control the layers of the Dream, which consists on several Higher-Dimensional realms such as Mundus, Oblivion and realms beyond the concept of time, space and dimensions like Aetherius and the realms beyond)
• Acausality (Type 5; Pretty much like Prisoners, CHIM users are an Impossipoint, a tear in the fabric of Time which exists outside of all Possibility and is unbound by the chains of causality and deterministic fate which pervade through the Dream of the Godhead)
• Regeneration (High-Godly; They are Immeasurably superior to l Gods Like Aedra and Daedric Princes such as Azura, who reformed after being completely destroyed and erased by Vivec after he had tapped into CHIM, and CHIM users can hold themselves from being Zero-Summed from the Dream through sheer force of Will and can hold themselves from being erased on the DreamSleeve)
• Beyond-Dimensional Existence (Type 2; CHIM transcends the Infinite Hierarchy of Wheels, each Wheel precede the creation of Space and Time by Lorkhan and Akatosh, representing higher infinities which lacks completely from the notions of “Time angles”, referring to Spatial-Temporal Dimensions)
• Information Manipulation (CHIM users can reach the Dreamsleeve, which contains all information, concepts, ideas, Narrative, existence, non-existence etc. and can control the tones that compromise the Song of Creation to reshape all of it)
• Law Manipulation (CHIM users are capable of altering the fundamental laws and concepts that define the nature of Creation and it’s layers, as well create new laws, and remove existing ones)
• Abstract Existence (The ones who ascended to CHIM exists purely as abstractions above The Telescope of Wheels, that are devoid from space and time, and the scope of reality itself)
• Immortality (At least type 1, 3, 4, 5 and 9; CHIM users exist above the conventional circle of life and death of the God Arkay, and the true themselves exists beyond the Aurbis, where they cannot be truly killed nor destroyed, even when erased completely from the Dream, they can reinsert themselves into it)
• Death Manipulation (By existing above the circle of Life and Death of the God Arkay, CHIM users exist unbound by the mortal notion of “Life” and “Death” thus capable of controlling this notions, since every concept that exist below the CHIM user, the CHIM user can manipulate at will)

• Existence Erasure (CHIM users are capable of erasing beings from the Dream of the Godhead and the "Thought Realm of the Godhead" (Dreamsleeve), and make them vanish completely from existence)
• Chaos Manipulation (CHIM users are capable of controlling the dimensionless utter chaos, that ruled all over the Aurbis before Lorkhan and Akatosh filled it with space and time & They can fully control and manipulate the Greater wheels which have no definite shape of stability, and are instead Padomaic in nature, being in a constant state of chaos and change)
• Nigh-Omnipresence (Upon perceiving the Wheels "sideways" as the Tower, The Eternal I, CHIM users become one with the whole of the Tower as Individuality is illusory and all is merely the Dream of the Godhead, but able to maintain their sense of Self through CHIM, simultaneously existing as one with everything but also as an Individual Being)
• Nigh-Omniscence (CHIM users are able to fully understand the nature of the Tower in its totality, the Dream of The Godhead and it’s boundaries, perceiving that everyone, from mortals to even Gods, are nothing more than illusory constructs in the mind of an indifferent God)
• Soul Manipulation (CHIM users can destroy, alter, control, create souls and can destroy daedric souls erasing them from all realms of existence)
• Madness Manipulation (Type 3; CHIM users should be capable of driving individuals insane by a variety of ways, and should be immune to the effects of Sheogorath’s powers, the Daedric prince of Madness and the embodiment of Insanity)
• Truth Manipulation (The CHIM user can exercise it’s will over the Dream to make anything he wants to become true, this includes removing constructs from past, present and future, making this constructs “false” like Talos once did)
• Tonal Manipulation (Through Tonal Magic, they can control and influence the underlying tones which compose the fundamental layer of reality, changing, erasing, creating and adding to the Song of Creation itself)
• Zero-Sum (They are capable of forcing individuals to undergo Zero-Sum like the Numidium does, by exposing that they are mere imaginary constructs in the mind of the Godhead)
• Regeneration Negation (High-Godly; They are capable of permanently killing deities such as the Aedra and Daedra)
• Immortality Negation (At least types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9) They are capable of permanently killing deities such as the Aedra and Daedra)
• Power Nullification (They are able to do the same as The Numidium, who completely erased the Inverted Logic-Negation of the Altmeri Mirror-Logicians, which in turn was intended to negate it’s own power's of "World Refusals")
• Probability Manipulation (All numbers and possibilities came from the Godhead’s imagination and it’s contained by its Dream, Dream that CHIM users can manipulate at will, They can make an event happen with a 100% chance, regardless of how unlikely it is to happen)
• Causality Manipulation (Capable of controlling the chains of cause and effect that encompasses the Dream of the Godhead, and bound the mortals, CHIM users are capable of freeing themselves from the cause and effect system, as well almost all dualistic system)
• Physics Manipulation (All numbers and possibilities came from the Godhead’s imagination and it’s contained by its Dream, Dream that CHIM users can manipulate at will, to create new numbers and violate the natural laws of logic, such as making 0=2, this being the Zero Sum equation)
• Transduality (Type 2; CHIM allows it’s users, to transcend all duplicity and opposition, standing above all dual concepts, even above the duality of Space and Time, since they transcend all Et’Ada, including Lorkhan and Akatosh)
• BFR (Having control over all layers of the Dream of the Godhead, they can ban individuals from whatever plane they want, such as the Dreamsleeve which contains all information, or they can remove beings completely from the Dream entirely)
• Fate Manipulation (Capable of controlling the deterministic fate that encompasses the Dream of the Godhead, and bounds the mortals, capable of freeing themselves from this Fate, and controlling Fate)
• Plot Manipulation (CHIM users are capable of manipulating the Narrative of the dream of the Godhead on a greater scale than beings like Y'ffre, the strongest of the Ehlnofey and can manipulate the Narrative of the dream "saddens and suffering")
