Background
Celestial Foundation Eaters are cosmic beings in the Instant Death series and one of the antagonists of Volume 3 & 8. They are said to be giant fishes that constantly swim in the void of the Sea, beyond space and time, where it eats countless Celestial Foundations (universes) through all eternity.
Powers and Stats

Can come back to life/regenerate as long as there are spare lives left[3] which amount to four or five Celestial Foundations[2]. When someone steal power from the avatar, they will become possessed and corrupted by the Celestial Foundation Eater and become a vessel[3][2]. Its true form exists beyond the space-time of the Celestial Foundation in the Sea of Void[1]), Regeneration (High-Mid: Regenerate after being caught in an explosion that engulf everything in the area[3]), Fire Manipulation, Mind Manipulation (Threaten to incinerate or manipulate Yogiri and Tomochika to kill each other[1]), Reality Warping, Precognition (Can control the whole universe with its thoughts and see the future[1]), Dimensional Travel (Can travel between worlds[4]), Teleportation (Could teleport to catch up with Hanakawa[4]), Shapeshifting, Body Control, Adaptation, Natural Weaponry (In response to threats and attacks, it can transform its body to become stronger, more durable, and grow additional limbs[3][2]), Toxic Aura (Overwhelming: Exude toxic miasma[2]), Death Manipulation, Attack Reflection, Time Stop, Time Reversal, Spatial Severance, Existence Erasure, Causality Erasure, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 3; with conceptual attack.
