Background

When teenage runaways Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson were exposed to an experimental drug against their will, they unexpectedly gained extraordinary powers. Tandy generates piercing blades of pure, healing light, while Ty can teleport himself and others through the Darkforce Dimension. Together, they illuminate New York's deepest shadows as Cloak and Dagger.

The Timestream Entanglement struck while Cloak and Dagger were traversing the Darkforce Dimension. The pair emerged to find New York under the control of Dracula. They soon joined the heroic resistance fighting against the Empire of Eternal Night.

However their battle did not end there, as not long after Dracula's defeat they were invited to the Hellfire Gala... and soon after joined the battle against Knull's malevolent symbiotes as well. During their battle on Klyntar, Dagger became infused with the Phoenix Force while Cloak absorbed Necro-Power.

Same as his normal self in addition to Biological Manipulation (Using Necro-Power, Cloak can create a vortex of symbiote matter[7]), Body Control (Symbiotes can control their body in various ways, such as extending them for greater range[8], and Cloak can create living beings from his own being[9]), Size Manipulation (Symbiotes can alter both their shape and size[10]), Statistics Amplification (Symbiotes are incredibly resilient and make themselves stronger[10]), Corrosion Inducement (Symbiotes can dissolve clothing[11] and other things at a cellular level[10]), Telepathy (Symbiotes can share information with each other through the hivemind or create connections with others to do the same[12]), Greater Non-Physical Interaction (As an extension of Knull's power, Necro-Power is partially of the abyss, allowing Cloak to interact with its source), Void Manipulation (Cloak controls Necro-Power, the power of the eternal abyss and void that comes from Knull)

Same as his normal self in addition to Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Symbiotes can drink hyperfuel and only get an indigestion[4]), Corruption (Type 1,2 - 1 Layer; Even though he's connected to Knull's power, he remains immune to Knull's control like Jeff and Venom[13])

Weaknesses: Using the Darkforce dimension to teleport brings the danger of Cloak and Dagger fusing together once again[2]. | Dagger seems to be succumbing to the darkness of the Darkforce[2]. | None notable. | Cosmic power calms Symbiotes[20]. Symbiotes are weak to fire, sound[21] and lightning[4]. However it is unknown whether these weaknesses extend to Cloak as he doesn't have a symbiote, just the power. | None notable.
