Background
Cream Puff Cookie is an Epic-class Cookie and one of the main protagonists of Cookie Run: Kingdom's Beacons of Unity storyline. She is also a playable and important supporting character in Cookie Run: OvenBreak. During the events of Beacons of Unity, Cream Puff Cookie worked as a student under the Magic Institute in an attempt to become a respected wizard.
After GingerBrave and his friends defeated Dark Enchantress Cookie for the first time at the Hall of Enlightenment, Dark Enchantress Cookie created a rift that brought monsters from the lower Trays of reality into the Cookie World as part of her invasion. Parfaedia was the first to be attacked, as Cream Puff, Latte and Almond Cookie soon find themselves on a quest to light the Beacon of Hope and defeat the Cake Monster horde attacking their city.

She then casts Jellius Extremus, creating a storm of assorted Jellies that all gravitate toward the center of the Magic Circle, dealing damage to the enemy while also healing herself by a small percentage. She can also use Jellius Extremus to forcefully remove someone from the battlefield.
Jellius Blastio: A much more potent version of Jellius Extremus, Jellius Blastio will fire a beam of Jelies at the target. It can also be used to forcefully shoot someone up into the air, nullify powers and change the weather.
