Background
Dark Matter are one of the main recurring antagonists of the Kirby franchise appearing in the "Dark Matter Trilogy", which consists of Kirby's Dreamland 2 and 3 and Kirby 64.
They are eye-like, dark creatures which exists around space whose main goal is to corrupt many races to evil as possible, although some individuals can have different paths, such as the Dark Matter in Dreamland 2 or Gooey, which is by far the only Dark Matter who turned out to be good.
They often target planets mainly Popstar and Ripple Star, and usually are leaded by their masters, which are often called "Zero". After their master's defeat in Dark Star, it caused an explosion which destroyed all of it, causing all Dark Matter to explode as well, making it likely extinct aside from Gooey.
