Background
Diabo El Caesar, also known as simply Diabo, is one of the minor characters of the anime, manga and light novel series Gate - Thus JSDF fought there!.
He is one of the Crown Princes of the Empire, the emperor's second born son and Zorzal's younger brother. He serve as an antagonist during the second half of Gate - Thus the JSDF Fought There !.
His main goal is to become the next emperor of The Empire, under any circumstances.

However, due to the fact that he has never shown evidence of any remarkable physical strength, it is most acceptable that he is weaker than Zorzal)

Given that he did not realize in time that the Chinese government had made that agreement with him, only to gain full control over the Gate and obtain access to the Special Region. Like Zorzal, he is very egocentric and has never shown any remarkable fighting skills.
