~ Hayato to Go |
Background
The second Getter Team, also known as the Getter Go Team, are the main characters in the Getter Robo Go manga.
During the first half of the story, Hayato recruited Go Ichimonji, Sho Tachibana and Gai Daido to serve as the new generation of Getter pilots over 15 years after the disbandment of the original team, working together to fight Professor Lando's Vega Zone in the Getter Robo Go.
During the second half of the story, Sho leaves the team to help the American forces, so she's replaced by the Messiah of the Green Earth cult Tahir, who joins Go alongside Ryoma Nagare to control the unfathomably powerful Shin Getter Robo.
