Background
The Second Generation Godzilla is the main incarnation of the Showa Era after the death of the Original Godzilla in 1954. He first appears in Raids Again as a massive discovery, due to the Japanese people just knowing that are actually 2 Godzillas instead of one. He later went to fight with his rival, Anguirus, in Osaka where he successfully managed to kill him. He then fought with the Military on the Artic, where he was defeated and sealed for a period of 7 years. He then awakens again, fighting with King Kong on a decisive battle which resulted in the ape's victory. After that, Godzilla became less of a villain and more of a hero through later movies.
