Background

Haruko Haruhara, also known as Raharu Haruha, is a dangerous alien who rides a Vespa. She is a 1st Class Galactic Space Police Brotherhood Officer who works as a maid for the Nandaba household. She activates Naota Nandaba's N.O. channel and attempts to use him to free Atomsk from Medical Mechanica so she can absorb his power.

Weaknesses: Haruko is an insane woman who lacks common sense and almost always takes reckless actions without thinking, N.O. channels require people with strong brainwaves to open
