Background
Hitoshi Shinso (心しん操そう人ひと使し Shinsō Hitoshi) is one of the minor protagonists of the anime and manga series My Hero Academia.
He is also a student in U.A. High School's General Department from Class 1-C, who is expected to be transferred to the hero course for his second year.

- Artificial Vocal Cords: A non-electric device that allows Hitoshi to mimic another person's voice.
- Capturing Weapon: Like Eraser Head, Hitoshi uses a long cloth scarf made from steel wire alloy woven with carbon nanofibers.
Intelligence: Above Average (Proving to be highly proficient with his Quirk in battle, and having been personally trained by Eraser Head for an entire year, Shinso is an unimaginably skilled tactician and combatant)
Weaknesses: He can activate his Quirk only when the target responds verbally to something he says. He can only activate his Quirk on one person at a time. His Quirk will not work if his voice is projected through speakers or a megaphone. The "Brainwashing" Quirk doesn't work on non-living beings like robots. People who are brainwashed by him cannot fulfill a command that asks them to think about how to do the process that Hitoshi demands.
