Background[]
Ji Ning, a teenager who, while being bedridden due to constant illness and predicted to die young, decided that he'd spend his life building an online fortune and use it to help those less fortunate than himself. Upon his death, he arrives at the Netherworld and learns that Earth was but one minor world among trillions of others and a speck in the Three Realms.
Due to his great virtue (and the fact that the Judge and him were from the same hometown), he was given a chance to reincarnate to the Heaven Realm upon his death and be reborn as an immortal. However, a mysterious attack by unknown dark forces on the Six Paths of Reincarnation forced him to reincarnate into a cultivation clan in one of the three thousand major worlds with his memories. Now full of health, he is determined to reach a pinnacle he never could in his old life.
Years later, upon the climax of the civil war that almost decimated the Three Realms, Ji Ning had broken through to the level of an Elder God and slain the foe that had been a cause of so much suffering and bloodshed for his homeland. Unfortunately, he had lost friends, family and his spouse as a result of the conflict. Thankfully, the Three Realms had survived and would be reborn anew as they rebuilt themselves and ensured such a catastrophe would never happen again.
Be it the compulsion of an oath, the need for revenge against the Mindlord, his ambitions of reaching the apex or the small hope he keeps of resurrecting his wife, Ning ventures outside his home and into the desolate primordial chaos, where he would rise to the apex through the path of the sword and the unyielding determination of his heart.

Like before, he can reincarnate into a new life and gradually regain his powers as well as possess others in the event of losing his body)
All prior to a far higher level (The more powerful a cultivator becomes, the less the prime essences of the entire Chaosverse can affect them. Eternal Emperors are completely immune to the influence of the Chaosverse in regards to their fortunes[135])

All prior to a far higher level.
At least Island level+, likely Large Island level (Unfathomably superior to himself when he was a Xiantian Lifeform, at which point he had battle power surpassing other Xiantian Lifeforms by hundreds of if not a thousand times, something that is reaffirmed later on as well.[14][140] This includes the likes of Ji Lee, a powerful Xiantian Lifeform, who can melt an entire mountain with his Ki alone)
At least Large Island level, likely Small Country level for his true body (Has the power of an ordinary Loose Immortal and therefore the power of one ninth the combined strength of 49 Primal Daoists,[141] each of whom are superior to his past self, making him more than 5 and a half times as powerful as he was before. Can create a hurricane that sweeps out for a thousand kilometers with a mere breath[48]), Small Country level, likely Country level with his Primaltwin (In terms of attack power, his Primaltwin is even more powerful than he is, having power on par with a peak Loose Immortal[142])
Multi-Continent level+ with his true body, up to Moon level with his most powerful attacks (At his absolute peak in this realm, he is at a base level comparable to Celestial Immortal Unity and with his most powerful attacks has crossed is on the threshold of Empyrean Gods and 1st tier Celestial Immortals in power,[143] allowing to destroy Violetgrass' Formation with a single blow. Unity himself was able to hold out for a while against the formation[143] and contend with a combined force of 36 Celestial Immortals, forcing them to flee,[144] with this being the power of an ordinary Celestial Immortal. His self-made technique is capable of blowing through a Celestial Immortal Formation that can withstand the power of up to 50 Celestial Immortals attacking at once[145]), Small Planet level with his Primaltwin (His Primaltwin has become a Pure Yang True Immortal, giving him the power of a Heaven Punisher all on his own,[71] said formation having at minimum the power of 1,000 Celestial immortals and 100,000 Loose Immortals, far higher with the perfect Heaven Punisher (The perfected variant uses 9,000 Celestial Immortals and gathers enough natural power to be at the threshold of a Daofather's power[70][146][147][148])
Solar System level (Upon merging 17 of his 2nd tier Jindan clones into himself to become a 1st tier True Immortal, JI Ning's personal power has reached the level of an elite Daofather,[149] on par with the likes of Daoist Threelives, who can destroy entire major worlds with his single attacks as well as seemingly create pocket dimensions with starry skies over an unknown period of time.[22] Unfathomably superior to regular Empyrean Gods, who can output attacks that can reduce worlds like Earth to dust[150]), higher with Rahu Formation (A superior formation to the Heaven Punisher that allows one to take on the characteristics of the alien Outsider Rahu. Allows one to use the power of 90,000 Celestial Immortals and eight million Loose Immortals to concentrate large amounts of natural energy within himself.[151][152] Ji Ning outright surpasses the elite Daofather level of Holyflame and Threelives while using this)
Multi-solar System level (Upon becoming a True God, Ji Ning's power reached that of an overlord, putting him on par with Suiren, who created the Kindlefire World through sheer power. Even upon his initial transformation his initial transformation into a True God, Ning had the power of a half-step Elder God.[153] Can effortlessly slaughter a True God level bug beast[154][155] which was comparable to his prior cultivation level)
Cosmos level (Even upon his initial breakthrough into this stage, with all his weapons and strongest sword art, Ning crossed the threshold of the power of a World God.[156] After several breakthroughs, mastery of the Nine Chaos Seals and much growth in combat, Ning feels confident in being able to easily destroy chaosworlds,[122] with would require this amount of power), higher with Azureflower Space (an azure flower symbol containg a pocket dimension stored on his forehead, which converted all energies into Azureflower Mist that massively bolsters him in strength, speed and durability[93])
At least Cosmos level (Is unfathomably more powerful than any World God, the latter of whom being capable of creating and destroying chaosworlds with ease through their own power[157] which would require this amount of power. Can slay the vastly more powerful Daolords of the First Step with a mere tree branch[158] imbued with his sword aura)
High Cosmos level (Immeasurably superior to all other Daolords, as well as the more powerful Eternal Emperors, in the history of the Chaosverse and eventually reached the level of Hegemons in power when he became a peak 4th Step Daolord and managed to master the Heartsword Art to a high level.[159] The above includes Verge level Daolords, who are capable of wiping out entire Territories with their power in a fit of madness)
Macroverse level (Even while having his truesoul crumbling, after having mastered the Eternal Omega Sword Dao his power and full force attacks had reached the level of an Autarch[160] and after becoming a true Omega Eternal Emperor, in terms of raw power, Ning stands at the forefront of the Autarchs.[161] Said Autarchs stand at the peak of all cultivators, being able to even create Otherverses with ease,[162] vastly surpassing Hegemons in power and are repeatedly described as truly invincible, with the birth and death of realmverses being nothing more than the growth and withering of a flower to them.[162] Said Realmverses are 7-dimensional space-time continuums)
Macroverse level (Shortly after becoming an Omega Autarch, Ji Ning had become a Lord of Chaos. A Lord of Chaos arises when an Autarch reaches a high enough level of power and insight that he can bind the quintessence of an entire Chaosverse to himself and utilize all its power.[163] Said Chaosverse is an 8-dimensional cosmos)
Massively Hypersonic, possibly Massively Hypersonic+ (Is ten to a hundred times slower than his speed with the Windwing Evasion. His speed had risen "several times"[164] compared to his Xiantian Lifeform self, who went from being slightly slower than Ironwood Zhan before his breakthrough to outpacing him even as the latter had a Dao Seal that greatly improved his speed.[14] His Xiantian self in turn is far superior to when he could dodge attacks from Serpentwing, which could not only cause sonic booms but were also, said to be faster than the speed of sound[29][165]), Sub-Relativistic with Windwing Evasion (Is comparable to Wanxiang Adepts in sheer speed while using this)
Sub-Relativistic (Is far faster than early Wanxiang Adepts' cruising speeds, which allows them to cover a thousand kilometers in the span of a short conversation.[166] Can move a thousand kilometers in the blink of an eye, all the while scanning their surroundings for any ambushes mid-flight.[55] Faster than people who can react to his Divine Thunderbolt Eye, which shoots out bolts of lightning)
At least Sub-Relativistic (Far faster than he was before. Managed to move over a million kilometers in the span of a short conversation.[167][168]), Relativistic with [Obscuring Winds of the Nine Heavens] (An evasion technique tailor made for him by Subhuti that allows one to move 90,000 kilometers in a single movement.[169] It allows him to blitz opponents that were previously only on par with him)
Speed of Light with Ninehorn Lightning Serpent Technique (A technique that involves taking a ninehorn lightning serpent into oneself, allowing them to activate it and move at the speed of light[170]), FTL combat, attack and reaction speeds (His sword arts have reached the speed of light[171] and later on, he completely surpasses the speed of light[107])
Speed of Light with Ninehorn Lightning Serpent Technique, FTL combat, attack and reaction speeds (Faster than before)
Speed of Light with Ninehorn Lightning Serpent Technique, FTL combat, attack and reaction speeds (Faster than before), higher with Thunderlight Wings (A Dao Treasure in the form of a pair of wings, that massively boosts the speed and agility of cultivators that focus on the Dao of the Sword and Lightning[172]) and Azureflower Space (Boosted his physical power to the point of breaking the limits of the Heavenly Daos and moving faster than the speed of light[93])
FTL+ (Ning's cruising speed allows him to cross 10 billion kilometers in merely a few hours.[173] He is also outright stated to be able to move over 10 times the speed of light[174] upon creating the Omega Sword Dao)
Massively FTL+ (At his fastest, Ning is entirely superior to average Hegemons and can only be matched by Hegemons who focus on speed.[120] Hegemons in turn, are capable of flying tens of billions of kilometers in mere moments[159]), Infinite with Blood Drop Stance (Upon becoming a 3rd Step Daolord Ning's Blood Drop stance had surpassed space and time in a manner similar to Mirrorsnow.[175] Emperor Mirrorsnow was capable of letting of an attack that surpasses the very concept of speed and space-time, wiping out everything in a vast region in no time at all[176])
Massively FTL+, Infinite with Blood Drop Stance (Immensely faster than before)
Immeasurable (Upon becoming an Omega Autarch, Ning's will had immediately become one with the Quintessence of the Chaosverse. With him binding the Quintessence, he had risen to become the Lord of Chaos, with his body and mind becoming one with the space and time of his entire Chaosverse and uniting all past, present and future[136][138])

Comparable to Fiendgods that can crush the former Dragonwhale King with merely their fingers), Class Y with his Primaltwin (His Primaltwin has become a Pure Yang True Immortal, allowing him to lift an area that's 100,000 kilometers across with nothing but his energy) | At least Class Z (Both his main body and Primaltwin vastly surpass the level of a 3rd tier Pure Immortal that he was previously at) | At least Class Z (Stronger than before) | At least Class Z (Unfathomably superior to True Immortals, who can lift an area that's 100,000 kilometers across with nothing but their energy[178]) | Multi-Stellar (Is capable of wielding six swords that are each as heavy as a chaos star,[103] with most such stars absolutely dwarfing major worlds in mass) | At least Multi-Stellar (Far superior to his prior self) | At least Multi-Stellar (Far superior to his prior self) | Immeasurable ( His body and mind becoming one with the space and time of his entire Chaosverse and uniting all past, present and future[136][138])
At least Island level+, likely Large Island level (Can take attacks from equal cultivators with his body alone). Regeneration makes him hard to kill
At least Island Class+, likely Large Island Class (His physical body is as resilient as a late Primal Fiendgod and far superior to before), far higher with various techniques (His transformations improve his durability and his Lotusflower Swordland can block attacks from a peak Loose Immortal for a period of time), lower for his Primaltwin (Lacks his Fiendgod body and is thus far weaker physically in comparison)
Small Planet level (Has reached the 6th Cycle of the Eight-Nine Arcane Art, making his body as powerful as a Pure Yang treasure, with said treasures being able to withstand the blows of Heaven Punishers, who're comparable to Empyrean Gods.[179] Is completely and utterly unscathed by an attack of this magnitude, saying that it merely tickled.[180] Has superior defensive ability to Sword Immortal Unity and can withstand the attacks of 18 elite Celestial Immortals joining hands in a formation is equivalent to 100 or so ordinary Celestial Immortal coming together[181]), lower for his Primaltwin
Solar System level (Ji Ning's body is now comparable to a top grade Pure Yang Treasure[182] making it difficult for the attacks of even a True God to destroy him[183]), higher with Rahu Formation, lower for his Primaltwin
At least Multi-Solar System level (Mastered the Golden Statue, a technique formed from the observation of a golden statue on an Everworld. It then gives one's body the resilience of a top-grade Protocosmic Spirit Treasure,[184] which would make him indestructible to Elder Gods on his level)
Cosmos level (Can withstand attacks from even World Gods without much issue thanks to his Chaos Weapon level body. Is capable of weathering blows from comparable opponents), higher with Azureflower Space
At least Cosmos level (As Ning has mastered the Golden Statue technique, his body is comparable to that of a top grade Dao Weapon and can easily withstand Dao Lightning, which can even harm Daolords[185] who are vastly more durable and powerful than World Gods in might, who're in turn comparable to Ji Ning as an Elder God)

Macroverse level (Can withstand blows and attacks from other Autarchs, who are comparable to him in power)
Macroverse level (Is one with his entire Chaosverse, an 8-dimensional structure)
Stamina: Superhuman (Can last for far longer than when he was a toddler, at which point he could train for 12 hours straight in swordplay and footwork without rest at the age of 4.[186] Has managed to defeat several thousands of opponents that kept getting stronger and stronger without rest until they were all defeated. Can later fight for days on end so long as he doesn't use his divine power) | Superhuman (Can fight for thousands of years straight if he doesn't rely on his divine abilities[187]) | Superhuman (Vastly superior to his Empyrean God self, who could fight for thousands of years straight if he doesn't rely on his divine abilities.[187] Can meditate and train in sword arts for tens of thousands of years straight) | Superhuman (Superior in endurance to before) | Superhuman (Ji Ning at this point in time can maintain a barrage of full power attacks for 18 million years straight, without rest.[188] Comparable to Eternal Emperors, who have enough endurance to do battle for multiple chaos cycles without resting once.[189] A chaos cycle in turn is approximately 10 trillion years long) | Infinite (On the same level of existence and nature as Autarchs, who can attack endlessly as they are unable to run out of energy[190]) | Infinite (Same as before)
Range: Standard melee range, up to several hundred meters with his most powerful techniques | Thousands of kilometers (His Divine Sense can now go out to a range of a thousand kilometres.[36][191] His breath can create hurricanes that sweep out for a thousand kilometer and even his Waterflame Lotuses can reach a size of 3 kilometers.[192]) | Thousands of kilometers, Planetary with Divine Sense (His Divine Sense alone can scan minor worlds comparable to Earth in size), Interplanetary with Heartforce (His heartforce at the fourth stage can cover the entire Three Realms and its surrounding Void) | Interplanetary (On the level of beings whose descending into a major world causes it to tremble.[193]) | Interplanetary (Can cover the whole Three Realms in his coresense and heartforce. Should be superior to before) | Interstellar (Far superior to Pang Gu, who left over The Void when he used the raw primordial chaos to create his chaosworld[194] which contained several stars of primordial chaos) | Interstellar (Superior to his prior self), Low Macroversal with Blood Drop Stance and Space Dao (With this new intent, he is capable of piercing all obstacles in his path, destroying the five elements, space, time and the very Dao itself in the region as well as travelling across a different spatial dimension that the 3 most beings are accustomed to.[100] Superior to his master Subhuti in the Dao of Space when the latter was a True God) | Cosmic (Unfathomably superior to before. Can use the Dao of Karma to observe and influence everything around him for over a hundred territories,[119] with each territory being so large that an Elder God Ning was sure he wouldn't be able to cross it in a trillion years[195]), Macroversal with Daos (Has reached the level of Archons in his various Daos, which vastly surpasses the level of World Gods, with Daos being the emanations of the prime essences of the Realmverse and the source of, and permeating, all things including space and time, said Realmverse being a 7-dimensional space-time continuum) | Macroversal (As of becoming an Omega Emperor, Ning is capable of casting his godsense over the space-time of an entire Realmverse.[196] Comparable to Autarchs, who can create Otherverses with ease[162]) | Macroversal (Upon becoming an Omega Autarch, Ning's will had immediately become one with the Quintessence of the Chaosverse. With him binding the Quintessence, he had risen to become the Lord of Chaos, with his body and mind becoming one with the space and time of his entire Chaosverse and uniting all past, present and future[136][138])
- Starseizer Manor: An estate treasure left behind by Daoist Threelives, a True God of Primordial Chaos. It hosts a vast amount of weapons, treasures, multiple pocket worlds as well as an entire major world containing 7 Empryean Gods, 16,000 Celestial Immortals, 1,500,000 Loose Immortals and a 100,000 Void Fiendgods. However, it is mostly used as storage until he can unlock all of these contents when he becomes an Empyrean God himself. It is guarded by a sentient treasure spirit that occasionally offers Ning advice.
- Kalestone Ring: A ring with a deep green gemstone that can be bound to an owner by blood and contains a small pocket dimension, which can be used to store small items.[197] He has long since replaced this with the higher ranked storage rings.

- Mirrors of Heaven: A form of the 36 Heavens that manifests as 36 ornate mirrors. These mirrors scry into the workings of fate to peer into the past, present or future.[212]
Intelligence: Genius (Was one of the most consummate swordsmen of the entire Black White College, which gathers the geniuses of the entire Stillwater Commandery. Managed to learn several volumes of techniques from said college overnight. By the age of two, he managed to read and memorize several large books and familiarize himself with the geography and general layout of the entire Grand Xia Dynasty.[6] He has since gotten significantly more intelligent and wise as higher comprehension is needed the more one progresses in cultivation. Could grasp upon the the Dao, the governing principle of the world that existed since the creation of the endless universe[29] and progress to the point of manifesting multiple Dao Domains and later even mastering Daos with slight contemplation. Was vastly superior to members his own age on Earth,[218] amassing a massive fortune from managing a business on the internet. Managed to master the fundamental essence of swordplay across all of reality)
Weaknesses: His body will be unable to regenerate should it run out of divine power | None notable
Feats:
- Mastered basic boxing techniques so as to prepare him to prepare to learn swordplay, all in 2 hours.[186]
- Trained in the basic 13 moves of swordplay techniques 10 million times to prepare his body to learn proper swordplay, ingraining them into his mind and bones and managed to advance to being "one with the sword" at the age of 10.[186][219]
- Defeated the Ninefang Warriors, the mightiest Houtian warriors in the Ji Clan, whom have considerable battle experience, at the age of 10 while using only one of his swords and 1/10 of his strength.[219]

- On the brink of death, Ji Ning managed to master his Raindrop Sutra and reach the True Meaning of the Raindrop, which vastly improved his swordplay.[20]
- Is capable of using his ki to control a thousand weapons simultaneously with "incomparable accuracy".[224]
- His Lesser Thousand Sword Formation manifests a massive sword light as a result of perfectly controlling hundreds of swords at once and forming them into a formation, in a manner far superior to the above feat.[225]
- After five years of meditation and training, Ji Ning managed to reach a level of swordplay that not only surpasses his father, but also leaves the best swordswoman in the clan unable to comprehend it.[226]
- Has reached such a level that he can freely develop sword techniques on par with the Melody of Ten Thousand Swords, which allows one to hide a sword strike within 10,000 such illusions, and can replicate sword techniques that he observes with ease. Can fuse the Dao into all his moves.[227]
- After reaching "One With The World" with his footwork, he should be able to dodge and remain unscathed even if ten thousand arrows rained down on him.[228]
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Waterflame Lotus: An elemental technique that would soon become one of Ji Ning's signature moves, learnt after he touched upon the Daos of Water and Fire. It creates a massive lotus whose petals are layers of fire and water. it can be used to defend against attack or grind opponents down to dust. It can also be summoned directly on opponents.
- Windwing Evasion: A divine technique of his mother's destroyed clan, the Yuchi, that boosts a user's speed significantly. He uses it with wing type treasures in order to mask from the people that destroyed his maternal clan.
- Starseizing Hand: One of the top ten divine abilities ever created in the universe established by Pangu. It trains one's hands and uses resources to refine them into magical treasures. A casual swing of the finger's creates incredibly powerful energy waves that can destroy opponents that the user originally had trouble matching.[258]
- Longing! Rain Line!: An original sword technique made through the longing he feels for his deceased mother, which manifests as a line of incomparably sharp rainwater.[166]
- Inferno Dao Domain: A culmination of his insights into the Dao of the Inferno, that manifests as a domain around him that he controls. While he never utilizes this, it's at least on par with his Rainwater Sword Domain.
- Rainwater Sword Domain: All the accumulated achievements in swordplay allowed him to purify his sword techniques and manifest a Dao Domain of Rainwater rooted in Swordplay, which his the highest achievement possible short of controlling an entire Dao, that allows him to merge with the Dao and alter his surroundings as well as command raindrops that are as sharp as knives.[22][259]
- Three Foot Sword: His skill in the Dao of the Sword was such that he received an Epochal Transmission, due to his Dao resonating with that of Immortal Northwalker and thus, this technique.[260]
- 1st Stance: Lustrous Sword Heart: This stance necessitates that one purify and realize their Sword Heart, taking on a wide variety of forms. In Ji Ning's case, his thousand swords all manifest a sword light that can cut through most any obstacle.[261]
- Manifold Thistlethorns: A sword technique that tears through all obstacles and bonds.[201]
- Tripartite Millstone Sword: a technique in which his swords summon vast amounts of wind, water and fire and combine them into a millstone to grind opponents to dust.[262]

- Heavenbreaker: The most power focused stance of the Brightmoon Art, manipulating the mass of swords to strike down with unmatched power.[274]

- Killsword: The second stance of the nameless sword stance, which focuses on attacking and killing rather than mastery.[277]
- Blackmist Stance: A stance that focuses on killing power that's comparable to the third stance of the Nameless Sword Art. It is named after the deceased World God Blackmist who trained Ning briefly.[278]
- Yin-Yang Sword Domain: The ultimate domain type manifestation of his Sword Dao. Upon training in the Brightshore Kingdom and taking part in the trial for the entrance into the Archaeus Region, Ning reaches an epiphany and creates a sword domain that uses the principles of Yin and Yang to create a layered bubble of swordforce whose layers spin opposite to each other, tearing apart all attacks and foes caught within it. With it, Ning can slay Daolords of the First Step with a mere tree branch[158] imbued with the domain.
- Blood Drop Stance: The ultimate piercing and penetrative manifestation of his Sword Dao. When adventuring through the Archaeus Region, Ning had met a woodworker by the name of Green Bamboo. Upon casually observing him drilling into a plank of wood, Ning was enlightened on the Blood Drop Sword Intent. With this new intent, he is capable of piercing all obstacles in his path, destroying the five elements, space, time and the very Dao itself in the region. Additionally, this allows him to travel across a different spatial dimension that the 3 most beings are accustomed to.[100]
- Shadowless: The ultimate stealth and fusion manifestation of his sword arts. Upon entering the Prime Reaches, the origin realm, of an alternate universe, Ning meditated for 6913 years on the aura of a Hegemon who had reached the apex in the Dao of Primordial Chaos and developed this stance. It allows Ning to merge his sword with all manifestations of the world, even the ripples of space-time, giving it the utter peak of stealth ability and allowing Ning himself to move completely undetectably.[101]
- Soleheart: The ultimate singularly defensive manifestation of his Sword Dao. Upon entering the trials of a Sword Hegemon and encountering the sword spirit of the latter's retainer, Ning manifested this art in a moment of danger. It allows him to additionally surround his own body in a black hole to absorb and ablate all incoming attacks,[102] being a showing of total coordination of his six arms and swords.
- Heavenbreaker: The ultimate power based manifestation of his Sword Dao. Upon reaching the end of the Sword Hegemon's trials, he was attacked by three Volcano Titans who were immune to his other sword arts and in those dire straits, he developed the last of the Brightmoon Art's sword intents. With this intent, Ning can create the greatest amount of blunt power possible with his sword arts, altering the very weight of each of his swords to be as heavy as a chaos star to deliver the most dominating strike.[103]
- Ineffable: The eighth stance of the Heartsword Art, which creates a thin mist of heartforce on the wielder's sword that boosts his power by around 20%, on top of everything else.[284]
- Blissheart: The ninth stance of the sword art, which imbued the swords wielded by Ning in an even denser fog of heartforce than before, which boosted its power by 50%.[284]
- Killsword: The tenth stance, at which point the dense fog condenses into a single sword layered over one's real sword. It effectively doubles his strength whenever used.[285]
- Teardrop: The eleventh stance and beginning of the second tier of the Heartsword Art, in which heartforce condenses into water droplets on one's sword,[286] allowing the wielder to release 3 times the power he normally has.
- Snowland Blood: The thirteenth stance of the Heartsword Art and beginning of the third tier. One's sword swings manifest as beams of blood colored light that carry a sense of intense melancholy and sadness.[287] Manifested when Ning failed to revive his wife despite the assistance of one of the most powerful beings in the Chaosverse.
- Remorseless Unto Death: The fourteenth stance of the Heartsword Art, mastered by less than a handful of people in history. Ning's sword becomes ephemeral and transcendent, with its mere traces being unblockable and inspiring terror in all who go against it.[287] Ning had resolved himself to keep walking his path and either attain Eternity for himself or die trying and be reunited with his wife within the prime essences.
- One Sword, One World: The fifteenth and final stance of the Heartsword Art, mastered by Ning during his Daomerge and upon the realization that his Dao of the Sword stemmed from his pure love for the sword and his removal of all hopes and fears entrusted to his sword. It manifests as an emotionless beam of sword light, ephemeral and transcendent in nature and illuminating all in its brilliance.[288]
