Background
Kai, also known as The Collector, was one of the major characters and the main antagonist of the third film of the Kung Fu Panda franchise. He was also once Oogway's best friend and brother-in-arms, during his youth, as a general in his army.

Five hundred years after his first fight with Oogway, during their youth, he returns with much more knowledge and experience than he had before. He was a dangerous and worthy opponent for Master Oogway himself, who was the one who invented kung fu a thousand years ago and who was also considered the greatest kung fu master in the whole story)
Weaknesses: Chi-based attacks can harm him and there is a limit to how much chi he can actually absorb.
