Background
Kai Chisaki (治ち崎さき廻かい Chisaki Kai), also known as Overhaul (オーバーホール Ōbāhōru), is one of the minor antagonists of the anime and manga series My Hero Academia, who served as the primary antagonist of the "Shie Hassaikai Arc".
He is also the former leader of the Yakuza Organization called the "Shie Hassaikai". Which literally translates as the "Eight Precepts of Death".

- Plague Mask: Kai was seen to always wear his signature plague doctor mask, which represented his efforts to cleanse the world of the "hero disease". Since being under the Hassaikai, before becoming a villain, Kai has been seen wearing a simple black mask normally.
- Gloves: Kai was always seen wearing a pair of white rubber gloves, which helped both by keeping his hands from getting dirty, and by preventing him from breaking out into hives. Normally, he would have just removed them before using his Quirk.
Intelligence: Genius (Created a drug that can completely destroy other people's Quirks, making them Quirkless)
Weaknesses: To use his Quirk, he must use his hands, and if his hands are restrained or destroyed, he will no longer be able to use his Quirk. Following the events of the "Shie Hassaikai Arc", both of his arms were destroyed by Tomura Shigaraki and Mr. Compress. So, currently, he can no longer use his Quirk.
