Tier: At least 9-C
Dimensionality: 3-D
Powers and Abilities: Peak Human Physical Characteristics, Skilled baseball bat user, Stealth Mastery, Social Influencing (Called the Magician of Words by Rika thanks to his incredible ability to sway people with his words. Tricked a report team into thinking he is a professional baseball player with his actions and words alone, and made a takoyaki stand with subpar food extremely popular, as his words made the food taste better. Said to have the skills of a professional business man), Self-Perception Manipulation (Slows down his own perception of time when tense), Enhanced Senses (Severely strains his own senses at certain points, expanding them beyond his school, hearing distant heartbeats, gaining 360° knowledge of his surroundings and processing every sound in a florest)
Attack Potency: At least Street Level (Overpowered Rena and Mion and bashed their skull in with a metal bat, after suffering from severe fatigue and pain. Briefly overpowered Tenpeii Houjou and cracked his skull open with the same metal bat. Smashed a shoe cupboard. Together with Rena, Mion, Sakoto and Rika, fought and killed over 100 Hinamizawan villagers, many armed with shotguns and rifles)
Speed: Superhuman (Can run 100 meters in 6 seconds) with likely Subsonic reactions and combat speed (Fought against 80 Hinamizawan villagers, who had firearms with them, without being shot once), far higher perception speed (When in danger, his perception of things severely slows down, to the point were he sees humans and cars as completely stopped, and the trajectory of fake bullets)
Lifting Strength: Average Human (Carried Teppei Houjou, who weights at least 80 kilos)
Durability: At least Street level (Was punched twice by grown adults in the stomach and was relatively fine. Tanks Kyute Mode Rena's punches, which break the sound barrier)
Stamina: Superhuman (Managed to run for several kilometers while going insane. Chased Teppei through a florest for several kilometers, striking at him non-stop all the while. After that, he went back and forth towards his house several times, buried the body, and hid the evidence of the murder, all while in the verge of collapsing from exhaustion. Fought against the entire village of Hinamizawa for 72 hours straight. Fought back against Rena while being gutted and stabbed dozens upon dozens of times by her and losing most of the blood in his body, and presumably survived for several hours after their exchange was over, although only barely)
Range: Extended melee range with the metal bat
Standard Equipment: Satoshi's metal bat
Intelligence: At least Gifted, likely higher (His score in a Japanese cram school test was fairly higher than average, and was described as "incredibly intelligent". Was praised by both teachers and students in his cram school and is great at the use of words to sway others, gaining the title Magician of Words by Rika Furude. Repeatedly shown as being sharp and aware of his surroundings, devising plans on the spot to get him out of bad scenarios. Created a plan were he could murder Teppei Houjou without ever being found out, only failing thanks to his anxiety, paranoia and bad luck)
Weaknesses: Normal human weaknesses, Does not care for questions without meaning (will fail to answer "what is 1+1", but will answer if the question instead is "if I have one apple, and gain another, how many apples do I have"). In many of the timelines, goes completely insane thanks to the Hinamizawa Syndrome. Easily caves under pressure, while also being a terrible liar.
