There’s only one difference between heroes and mad men. It’s whether they win or lose.
~ Lambdadelta

Background

Lambdadelta, the Witch of Certainty (絶対の魔女ラムダデルタ 'Zettai no Majo Ramudaderuta') used to be known as the most powerful witch in the universe, but was defeated by Bernkastel (whom she cares for but hides her feelings) in "another game". She is also known as the Witch of the Absolute and her "magic of certainty" allows her to kill anyone with an absolute result.

Powers and Stats

Key: Manifestation (Witch Domain) | True Form (Phenomena that governs the world)

Tier: High 1-A | High 1-A

Dimensionality: Inapplicable | Inapplicable

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Magic, Animal Manipulation, Psychometry, Cloth Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Shapeshifting, Empathic Manipulation, Attack Reflection, Illusion Creation, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 3), Curse Manipulation, Transmutation (Can turn others of her level into things like candy), Petrification, Fear Manipulation, Aura, Body Puppetry, Flight, Fate Manipulation, Probability Manipulation (Can bring the odds of failure almost completely down to zero. That is, she has the power to give rise to almost perfect certainty), BFR, Invisibility and Intangibility, Mind Manipulation, Blood Manipulation, Organic Manipulation (Maria turned the insides of Rosa into thick black tar. Lambdadelta should be capable of similar feats), Elemental Manipulation (Including Fire, Water, Earth and Wind), Smoke Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Summoning (Of her Cats), Telekinesis, Teleportation, Telepathy, Disease Manipulation (With curses), Existence Erasure, Death Manipulation and Life Manipulation, Resurrection, Time Manipulation (Time Rewind, Time Looping and Time Stop of such a scale that even beings that exist outside of the concepts of space and time are still binded due to her higher dimensional powers), Clairvoyance, Extrasensory Perception (Spiritual and Magic senses), Soul Manipulation (Can destroy souls with a stare. Can open the door to Hades to snatch a soul from the dead), Deconstruction (By staring hard enough, she has the power to turn others to dust), Weather Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation (Can reverse gravity and can create Black Holes), Regeneration Negation (Mid-Godly. Can use similary divine weaponry as Virgilia, which made Beatrice unable to regenerate for a while), Durability Negation (Human material cannot block divine attacks), Law Manipulation (Can block a divine spear with a divine shield, as that is the law of the gods. Lambdadelta bind Ange with a rule that would kill her if broken), Forcefield Creation, Subjective Reality, Reality Warping (Can turn whatever she thinks into reality), Spatial Manipulation, Size Manipulation, Technology Manipulation, Heat Manipulation, Stealth Mastery (By hiding her presence), Portal Creation, Reactive Evolution, Absorption (Of magic), Power Nullification (Can revoke the titles of other witches), Power Bestowal (By turning others into witches. Turned Battler into the Endless Sorcerer), Duplication, Biological Manipulation, Explosion Manipulation (Can cause people to explode), likely Dream Manipulation, Fragrance Manipulation, Pocket Reality Manipulation (Lambdadelta is the being that gave Beatrice her Witch's power, and with the exception of Endless Magic, should be capable of everything Beatrice can do but better)

Meta-Being Physiology (Voyager), Omnipresence (She is a concept that is not bound to any one territory but exists across infinite worlds as the embodiment of "hard workers are rewarded")

All previous, Law Manipulation (Permission to attack the Game Master is needed for it to even happen), BFR (Can take pieces in and out of the chess board at will), Information Manipulation, Life Manipulation (Battler rebirthed Beatrice into a new body after her death, though he was unable to recover her previous memories and experiences. Other Game Masters should be capable of the same), Reality Warping, Soul Manipulation (Pieces brought to the Meta-World are inanimate wax dolls unless the Game Master chooses to give them souls and allow them to speak), Power Bestowal (Can allow opponents to use Truths, as well as remove their access to them), Power Nullification, Cloth Manipulation, Subjective Reality (Could have rewritten the tale of the Rokkenjima Serial Murders so that it was all just a dream)

Attack Potency: High Ascendent level (Nigh-Infinite Levels. Transcends the human realm by an immeasurable amount aswell as all the concepts of possibilities and impossibilities, aswell as incomprehensible concepts and concepts of absolute inscrutability. Equal to Bernkastel, and can manifest within the highest level of the Witch's theatre. Her battle with Bernkastel in the manga destroyed several books that contained Universes comparable to Aurora's study in size which dwarf the entirety of Beatrice's territory and even fragments as they were noted to contain works the size of the entire journey of the Umineko Franchise sans the city itself, and large portions of the shelves that supported and dwarfed these Universes within the City of Books. Lambdadelta also crushed and consumed many of these books using a concentrated mass of supergravity. Her magic allows her to be able to create a god, an entity that transcends all layers, stories, and endeavors, though if the individual she transformed was a lower entity, they would immediately lose their sense of self. Due to her fundamental nature as a voyager witch, Lambdadelta is a universe that can adapt to higher layers in the sea of fragments which was an infinite void beyond the human domain where immeasurable layers exist, her only limits being that of what she decides herself if any at all.) | High Ascendent level (Infinite Levels. The Voyagers are identified with the entire world of 07th expansion. At the same time, the world is their play stage for boredom.Their true conceptual existences being unconscious voids beyond perspective because points of view are only illusions and in the world there is only one absolute truth. The entire hierarchy, no matter what domain is only a small part of the Voyagers' true form which they encompass, even the creators region is still just a part of the cosmology. All existence was developed by the Voyagers. Without such a miracle, "life" cannot be explained. Furthermore the voyagers are not limited by a territory, which represents a beings conceptual power and limitation of where they can ascend to depending on their understanding of the world, the territory is directly linked with a being and forms itself on the highest layer it can expand upon. since their conceptual forms have no limitation of where they can go because they transcend territories and the entire world, as well as their understanding of the truth about the end of their journey, they encompass the world and play with it. But most importantly, the only thing that surpasses a Voyagers' existence is a Creator's existence, a being who has lost all restrictions)

Speed: Irrelevant (Far beyond the concepts of time and distance of lower worlds and she could match Bernkastel blow for blow who was noted to be transcendent in speed even on a plane that exists beyond the concept of speed. Due to her ability to evolve into a being without limitations, if she so desires she can attain infinitely greater speeds) | Irrelevant

Lifting Strength: Irrelevant (immeasurably superior to characters that can hold countless Transcendental universes in their palms and she is equal to Bernkastel who views the entire Umineko verse as a story; just as her friends she should be able to lift and crush the entire gameboard where meta-Beatrice exists as a piece. She lifted the entire Trianthology world) | Irrelevant

Durability: High Ascendent level (Manifestations of higher world beings are formed from conceptual nothingness, these higher world beings can revive at any single time they wish. Her abstract, conceptual, and incorporeal nature, as well as acausality, regeneration, and resurrection makes the concept of death inapplicable to her unless she stops thinking; She is capable of restoring her body if she remembers its shape, and she can't be completely destroyed unless her incorporeal soul is erased to the nothingness that is beyond absolute existence and non-existence of duality in the sea of nothingness which is beyond the infinite hierarchy, but even if she does she can still return as much she wants if she wills it. The limitations to her power and durability are only that of which she considers to exist for herself. She managed to survive a logic error and she is immensely superior to beings who managed to survive in the sea of oblivion as a part of its structure) | High Ascendent level

Stamina: Limitless. She has fought with Bernkastel for centuries and she has spent just as long if not longer trying to escape the "hell" of the logic error.

Range: High Ascendental (She destroyed sizeable portions of the shelves within the City of Books that dwarf her and Universes of this size. In fact, she also dwarfs Universes of this size, as to her perspective, these worlds are no more than books no larger or complex than those residing in the human world. Comparable to Bernkastel, who was planning to send Erika into the deepest parts of the Sea of Oblivion which is beyond all layers, stories and dimensions, which she eventually did) | High Ascendental

Standard Equipment: A cute pink sailor-like hat

Intelligence: Genius. In just taking a quick look she effortlessly denied Battler's blue truths for the first and second games, and can almost instantly disern Battler's position in his debate against Erika by looking at his pieces. She can intellectually match Bernkastel.

Weaknesses: Her magic depends on her faith in it; Boredom and the possibility of losing her will. She is traumatized, unbalanced and can act childishly. Her love to Bernkastel can be problematic and made her lose one of her games against the Witch. She mentioned being torn apart by nothingness would “kill” even her though this could just be in reference to her avatar in the Golden Land.

Feats:

  • Lambdadeltas power is "absolute certainty" to alter the odds of failure within anything as long as it doesn't completely reach 0

Notable Attacks / Techniques:

Absolute Magic: Lambda's magic. It rewards the efforts of others by bringing absolute results, reducing the chances of failure to almost 0.

Truths: Special moves utilized in debates between Witches and Humans taking place in the Meta-World, being statements denoted by specific colors which often manifest as conceptual weapons that directly target the enemy's very existence in an attempt to deny it, and are thus impossible to physically avoid, forcing opponents to counter the attacker's arguments with another truth. As the damage dealt by the Truths is conceptual, rather than strictly physical, they completely bypass conventional durability and allow Lambdadelta to skewer and even kill opponents much more powerful than herself.

  • Red Truth: Irrefutable, objective truth that needs no evidence or proof to demonstrate its validity. In essence, the Red Truth takes an unobserved possibility existing alongside infinitely many and asserts it as the ultimate truth, being capable of completely denying an opponent's existence, body and soul, and sending them to the depths of oblivion without hope of recovery. However, it is impossible to lie (Essentially trying to deny the validity of a wave function that has already been collapsed) using this technique, and one can find gaps, semantic loopholes and different interpretations even in statements spoken in red, potentially allowing them to counterattack with an argument of their own, though the Red Truth itself remains unrefuted.
  • Blue Truth: A theoretical scenario made with the purpose of directly denying the enemy's arguments and existence, whose true validity is unclear but nonetheless takes precedence over any statements spoken in basic white text, while being inferior to the Red Truth. It normally assumes the form of several stakes which skewer and impale opponents, damaging them on a conceptual level and being impossible to remove unless their falsehood is directly declared with the Red Truth; otherwise, that which is spoken in blue will be asserted as the truth and grant victory to the attacker, while erasing their opponent's concept entirely.
