Background

Liara T'Soni is an Asari information broker with a background in scientific research on Prothean technology. Born on Thessia in 2077, she is the only child of the late Matriarch Benezia, although mother and daughter became estranged in the years before Benezia was indoctrinated by the Reaper known as Sovereign. T'Soni is also a highly trained biotic who served under Commander Shepard aboard the SSV Normandy before the ship was destroyed in a Collector attack. She assisted in Commander Shepard efforts against the Collectors, then with the helped of Commander Shepard she hunted down the Shadow Broker, killing him and taking over his operations becoming the new Shadow Broker. She later helped Commander Shepard fight in the final stand against the Reapers.

Intelligence:She's an expert on the Protheans coming the closest to understanding them and spent 50 years studying them, she was able to take full control of the Shadow Brokers operations in a short amount of time which is hundreds of information networks, mercenaries and agents, was stated to be a suitable teacher at the age of 108 which's in the Maiden stage of an Asari and most Asari become teachers in their Matriarch stage (700+) because of their wisdom from centuries of experience, she's was able to help build the Crucible which is an extremely ancient device that has been designed by hundreds of alien races over millions of years.

Weaknesses: Kinetic barriers are activated based on the speed of an attack. A melee attack is not fast enough to set it off.
