Summary
Magical Girls is the name given by Incubators to their creations born out of the hope of a wish, whose goal is to serve as a recipient of strong emotional energy, until they'll eventually sucumb to despair and lose their humanity by turning into witches, all in an effort to generate enough energy to fend off entropy.
Abilities
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Magic, Transformation, Acrobatics and Flight: Transforming into a magical girl gives strenght and speed beyond human limits, use of magic, the power of flight and great flexibility at fighting[1].
- Immortality (Types 2, 3 and 7): The physical body of a magical girl is directly compared to a zombie by Sayaka and Kyubey says it's able to survive fatal wounds like being stabbed in the chest[2].
- Body Puppetry: The magical girl's real self is the Soul Gem, the body they appear as is merely a vessel the Soul Gem controls like a weapon[3].
- Regeneration (Low-Godly): A magical girl can exist as merely her Soul Gem and use her magic to look for a way to resotre her body even after it gets completely destroyed, but she has a limited time to do this before the Soul Gem turns off[4].
- Non-Physical Interaction: Able to affect intangible enemies like wraiths[5] and spatiotemporal distortions like a witch's labyrinth[6].
- Weapon Creation and Power Bestowal: A magical girl can create weapons both for her own use and those of others, even if they have no magic of their own[7].
- Telepathy: A magical girl can telepathically talk with another or with an Incubator[8].
- Extrasensory Perception: Can see invisible beings like wraiths[9].
- Sense Manipulation: A magical girl can use magic to replace her regular senses if they're lost[10].
