Background
A junior student at Tokiwadai Middle School, Misaka Mikoto is one of only seven top Level 5 psychics across the entire Academy City.
Her superpower is "Electromaster", which allows her to freely manipulate powerful electrical currents. However, since her transfer to Kivotos she seems to have trouble using her abilities to their full potential. Mikoto has a kind-hearted and frank character, and is well-liked by other students. She is a fan of the frog mascot Gekota.

- The Gunvolt is Misaka Mikoto's main weapon of choice it is a FN F2000 bullpup assault rifle with a white lower receiver and black upper receiver and buttstock. It is equipped with a white sound suppressor. When fully upgraded, gives Misaka Mikoto access to Electromaster+.
- The Super Gloves boosts Misaka Mikoto's Attack by 50%, Crtitical Rate by 500 points, and Accuracy by 220 points.
- The EMI Blocking Hairpin boosts Misaka Mikoto's max HP by 13,000 points, Crowd Control Resistance by 36%, and Critical Rate by 150 points.
- The Screen Watch adds 480 points to Misaka Mikoto's Critical Rate, 2,600 points to Critical Damage, and raises max HP by 15%.
Intelligence: As a Level 5, Misaka Mikoto is able to process information much faster than supercomputers from Academic City. Can speak a multitude of different languages fluently and is very creative and efficient when using her powers, manipulating iron sand in multiple ways, devising her infamous Railgun technique on her own and even coming up with new applications of her power in the spot, such as when she used her electricity to manipulate water vapor in order to fly. She is also capable of flawlessly hacking the extremely advanced security systems of Academic City which is 30 years ahead of the world. Shouldn't be inferior to Kivotos students, who have undergone both standard and advanced training across a wide array of combat disciplines. Their education encompasses close-quarters combat, precision weapon maneuvering, tactical strategy, environmental awareness, and battlefield adaptation. Beyond physical prowess, they has been taught to assess rapidly changing combat scenarios, exploit terrain advantages, coordinate with allies under pressure, and maintain composure in high-stakes operations.
