Background

Mizora is a cambion in service of the Archdevil Zariel, as well as the infernal patron of Wyll. She plays an important role in Wyll's backstory, as well as his character arc throughout the game. Manipulative, mischievous and always looking to get the best out of her deals, she may be an asset or an adversary for the party, but she will always look out for her and Zariel's best interests.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Type 1 and 8. Devils are immortal and ageless. If a devil dies outside the Nine Hells, its body will be dissipated and reformed there), Abstract Existence (As outsiders, devils are merely an illusion of flesh applied to an abstract thought), Magic/Reality Warping (She uses magic spells), Non-Physical Interaction (Devils can interact with souls and other outsiders, such as demons), Social Influencing/Madness Manipulation/Corruption (Type 1 and 2. Devils understand the failings that plague intelligent mortals, and they use that knowledge to lead mortals into temptation and darkness, turning creatures into slaves to their own corruption. They use their influence to manipulate humanoid rulers, whispering evil thoughts, fomenting paranoia, and eventually driving them to tyrannical actions. All devils can use Suggestion, She can use Crown of Madness to charm a target and drive them mad causing them to attack everything around them[1]), Portal Creation (Devils can travel to other planes of existence through portals), Limited Soul Manipulation/BFR (Any creature that breaks a devil's contract instantly forfeits its soul, which is spirited away to the Nine Hells. And only an intervention from a god can release a soul after a devil claimed it), Power Bestowal (Devils can promote certain beings or devils to a higher level in the hierarchy of devils), Power Nullification (Devils can demote devils to lesser levels in the hierarchy of devils), Memory Manipulation (The demotion of a devil wipes out its memories), Fear Manipulation (All devils are surrounded by an aura of fear, which they use to break up powerful groups and defeat opponents piecemeal), Illusion Creation (A devil's favorite trick to use illusionary reinforcements. Enemies can never be entirely sure if a threat is only a figment or real summoned devils joining the fray), Empathic Manipulation (All devils can use Charm Person), Enhanced Senses (Devils can see in the darkness, even that created by a Greater Darkness spell. All devils have Infravision), Teleportation (All devils can teleport with no error), Information Analysis (Devils can know the alignment of a being, She can use Dimension Door to teleport herself and an ally to a different location[2]), Necromancy (Devils can turn corpses into undead skeletons or zombies), Telepathy (Devils can communicate with any creature through telepathy), Empowerment (Devils from the Nine Hells are empowered by the souls they collect), Summoning (Devils are able to summon others of their kind), Mind Manipulation (She can use Command to order a target to flee, move closer, freeze, drop to the ground, or drop their weapon[3]), Elemental Manipulation/Acid Manipulation/Ice Manipulation/Electricity Manipulation/Poison Manipulation (She can use Chromatic Orb to create a sphere of energy that'll explode dealing either Thunder, Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning or Poison damage[4]), Deconstruction (She can use Disintegrate to fire a ray that will cause a target to crumble to ash[5]), Disease Manipulation/Sleep Manipulation (She can use Eyebite to make her eyes become black corridors walled in teeth, your gaze capable of inflicting dread, sickness, or putting creatures to sleep[6]), Probability Manipulation (Everytime she takes an action or an action is taken against her, a dice is rolled to decide if it hits and for how much[7], She can use Freedom of Movement to snap an ally out of any stun and difficult terrain can't slow her down[8], She can use Haste to increase her armor class which will make attacks miss her[9], She has an armor class rating which makes attacks have a chance to miss her[10][11], She has Magic Resistance which increases her chances of having magic attacks miss[12], She has Metamagic: Extended Spell which increases the duration of spells effects[13]), Statistics Amplification (She can use Haste to double her movement speed[9]), Paralysis Inducement (She can use Hold Creature to paralyse a creature so it can't move, react or act[14]), Fire Manipulation (She can use Fire Ray to shoot a focused blast of fire[15]), Blessed (She's been blessed by Zariel so that anytime she's attacked she'll be instantly teleported to the Hells[16]), Acrobatics/Stealth Mastery/Construction (Type 1)/Pain Tolerance/Photographic Memory/Camouflage/Animal Manipulation/Precognition (Type 1)/Healing/Extrasensory Perception/Survival Instincts (She has Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma stats[11]), Damage Reduction (She has Resistance stats which reduce damage from Slashing, Bludgeoning, Piercing, Cold, Fire, Poison and Lightning[11]), Flight (She's able to fly[17]), Perception Manipulation/Sense Manipulation (She could make Tav/Dark Urge see all the Nine Hells and makes them feel the pleasures of them[17]), Astral Projection (She could project an illusion of herself while she was trapped[18]), Resistance to Paralysis Inducement/Status Effect Inducement (She can use Freedom of Movement to make it so magical paralysis and restraints don't affect her[8]).
