Background
Nikies the Byzantine is the main protagonist of the webstory You Can Forget the Words. He is a reknown warrior seeking to complete his journey by finding a worthy opponent as he climbs through ascending realities. Eventualy, he becomes too strong and begins to find a purpose for his existence, which would eventually be revealed to him when he encounter the Carpenter, a being of the same nature as his.
