Background
Nine (ナ イ ン Nain) was one of the villains of the anime and manga series My Hero Academia, and the main antagonist of of the anime film My Hero Academy: Heroes: Rising.
He was killed, following the final battle between him and the "U.A." students, by Tomura Shigaraki.

Weaknesses: His “Weather Manipulation” Quirk is too powerful for him, and will destroy his tissue if overused. This combined with his unknown illness has made his body weaker than it was before, causing his body to break down in certain situations. It was worsened by receiving the "All For One" Quirk, causing him to exhaust even faster than before. Using his Quirks multiple times in a short period of time puts a great amount of stress on him. His "Cell Activation" Quirk is based on blood types, of which he is incompatible. Since his "Life-Support Tubes" heal him after overusing his Quirks, if they were to be broken, his body would exhaust more easily and worse. | Same as before. Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Weather Manipulation: Nine's original Quirk allowed him to control the weather, so he could instantly cause powerful thunderstorms and tornadoes. However, according to himself, this Quirk was too strong for him to handle, and it resulted in the destruction of his body's cellular tissue.
All For One: Nine's second Quirk, which was a weaker duplicate of the "All For One" Quirk, allowed him to steal and hold up to eight different Quirks. He obtained it through a surgical transplant by Dr. Kyudai Garaki, after being deemed compatible with All For One's Quirk Factor. It is unknown if he could actually transfer those Quirks to someone else, but gaining this Quirk only resulted in his already fragile health deteriorating faster.
Air Wall: This Quirk allowed Nine to create a transparent barrier made of pressurized air to shield herself in a certain direction. It also had offensive applications, by making a powerful blast of air that can push people and attacks, or used as a launch pad that can physically push people.
Scanning: This Quirk allowed Nine to measure the strength of anyone he looks at through an infrared-like measurement system which he uses to predict what someone's Quirk is.
Bullet Laser: This Quirk allowed Nine to shoot purple-colored lasers from his fingertips at will. It has been shown that it can easily pierce human flesh, as well as many other solid surfaces, and that it can also explode on impact with some surfaces.
Hydra: This Quirk allowed Nine to summon a number of large blue dragon-shaped attacks out of his back that he can control at will.
Cell Activation: This Quirk allowed Nine to activate cells in his own body or another person's body, boosting regeneration and repairing any damage. However, this Quirk only works on individuals of a specific bloodtype. With Nine's bloodtype being incompatible with the person he stole it from, who was the Shimano siblings' father, it was obtained in vain.
