Power Modification is the ability to alter, interfere with or modify your own or other powers. Unlike Power Nullification or Statistics Amplification, Power Modification is able to change the function of an ability in some way, such as turning superhuman strength into superhuman speed. Note that users must be able to interfere with the nature of the ability itself for it to appear in their profile.
