Background
Royal Ripper was a Demon level monster working alongside the Monster Association known for his killing spree on children. Alongside Bug God, they were sent out by Gyoro Gyoro to find Garou to see if he can fulfil his mission of becoming a monster. After a fight and eventually the defeat of Garou, he takes Tareo as a hostage. Before torturing him, Garou appears and slashes his body into pieces, killing him.
