Background
Sekijiro Kan (管かん赤せき慈じ郎ろう Kan Sekijirō), also known as the Blood Hero: Vlad King (ブラッドヒーロー･ブラドキング Buraddo Hīrō Buradokingu), is one of the minor characters in the anime and manga series My Hero Academia.
He is also a Pro-Hero and the homeroom teacher of U.A. High School's Class 1-B.
