Background
An elegant junior student from Tokiwadai Middle School.
She is a prominent leader of the largest faction at the prestigious Tokiwadai School, and is one of only seven Level 5 psychics in Academy City. Her superpower is "Mental Out", which allows her to manipulate the minds of others. However, since her transfer to Kivotos Misaki seems to have trouble using her abilities to their full potential.
Misaki has something of a rivalry with a fellow Level 5 psychic, Misaka Mikoto, whose power conflicts with her own abilities.

- The Mental Pointer is Shokuhou Misaki's weapon of choice, it is a M1911 pistol with black grips. It is equipped with a flared magwell and a modernized rear sight. When fully upgraded, gives Shokuhou Misaki's Queen of Tokiwadai+.
- The EMI Blocking Hairpin boosts Shokuhou Misaki's max HP by 13,000 points, Crowd Control Resistance by 36%, and Critical Rate by 150 points.
- The Memory Necklace boosts Shokuhou Misaki's Healing by 42%, Crowd Control Power by 38%, and Attack by 18%.
Intelligence: As a Level 5, Shokuhou Misaki is able to process information much faster than supercomputers from Academic City.
