Background
WRS is an extraterrestrial being that arrived on Earth in a human form as Sing Love on 24th December 2031, nearly 20 years before the story of BRS THE GAME. As a "human" she resides in San Francisco as a singer named Sing Love. Her song was very popular and became a chart hit, with her image appearance on posters in cities such as San Francisco and New York. Despite her popularity, little was known about her identity.
She later worked with Professor Gibson and participated in human cloning. She is the source of the Gray clones, including Nana and Stella, of which the latter is addressed as "White" and is considered the perfect clone of WRS. Apart from the end of the tutorial, WRS did not make appearance in the game until the end. Her identity was hinted by the Sing Love posters dotted in cities, as well as the aliens addressing her indirectly as the "Governor" (総督, Soutoku).
Stella confronts WRS in Moon Terrace, where she presumably resides for the duration of the game. It is revealed that everything was behind her doing: Be it the alien invasion, mankind's destruction, and her clones, they were all part of her "game". Among those her most desired "game" is to fight against her perfect clone.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Energy Projection (Like Stella, she can use the White Cannon to fire energy bullets), Shapeshifting (As Stella is a clone of her, she should be able to change the shape of her weapon easily), Homing Attack, Weapon Mastery (It has in its domain the use of several weapons, among those of heavy power such as the Rock Cannon, or a scythe), Regeneration (High-Low: Can recover from being pierced through the body instantly), Absorption and Power Mimicry (Can absorb other beings into herself via Neblade, which will grant her all the abilities, memories and the mindset of said being), Aura and Fear Manipulation (She is very presence causes terror and fear to other people), Statistics Amplification, Healing and partial Invulnerability (His Ability allows him to gradually increase the damage of his attacks in combat. How to recover HP and become virtually immune to special attacks), Fire Manipulation, Flight, Teleportation (His White Wings allow him to teleport during battle), BFR (Sing Love was able to create multiple portals to summon meteors and use them to attack)

Speed: Sub-relativistic (Redirected an attack that was able to pierce the entire moon without much trouble. Is superior to Stella)

Stamina: Superhuman (She can fight Stella without showing any signs of fatigue, something to keep in mind as the other one was exhausted. Since the invasion of earth, it is unknown if I rest or not)

Intelligence: Genius (In addition to defining herself as a skillful warrior in the use of weapons, surpassing what was supposed to be she perfect clone, was able to invade the earth and emerge the winner just to carry out her plan to fight Stella, all based on deception or manipulation)
Weaknesses: None notable.
Feats:
- Was able to redirect Stella's final attack, which was able to pierce the moon.
- She was able to kill SZZU like CKRY without much trouble. And these were able to destroy entire armies of the 7 apostles without much trouble. They subsequently fought Stella evenly.
- Could was able to cut off the head of a UEF PSS agent casually.
- I could kill XNFE if I wanted to. Although, in the end he did.
- Endured a nucke bomb in the face even with shots in the body.

Battle Skills
- World Maker (メイキングワールド, Meikingu Wārudo): Boosts she Attack stats and enables life recovery for a short period of time.
- Making World (世界を作る, Sekai o tsukuru): A massive range attack that amplifies the normal White Cannon's blast.
- Dead End (デッドエンド, Deddo Endo): WRS rotates her scythe counterclockwise, forming multiple pink cannonballs, aiming it at BRS.
- Minimum Meteor (最小流星, Saishō ryūsei): WRS summons a small meteor and shoots it at the enemy.
- Red Wing (赤い羽, Akai hane): Fires energy waves from she scythe.
EX Mode
- White Doctrine (ホワイトドクトリン, Howaito Dokutorin): Is completely immune to damage and possibly effects from BRS battle skills. This effect may last very long.
- Grateful Sun Ray (グレイトフル サン レイ, Gureitofuru San Rei): WRS transforms large wings and cannon into a giant-turret like cannon. At the top, a sun like figure begins to rotate counterclockwise, charging a very large energy ball, and WRS fires from behind. The large energy ball can be damaged and can divide itself until it/they hit BRS or if it/they was seriously damaged a lot.
Note: While White's cannon was stated to need to be charged in the manga, in the game he appears to use it without issue during his battle with Stella in the true ending. All names are from the English release of Black★Rock Shooter THE GAME and may differ from the JPN release.
