Background
Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann (超銀河グレンラガン, Chou Ginga Guren Ragan) is the humanoid version of the colossal battleship of Team Dai-Gurren, Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren. SGGL was the hardest transformation that Simon and Viral had attempted to reach. For an entire episode, Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren had been submerged into the ultra-dense space, face against an incredibly tough opponent, Death Spiral Machine. After the destruction of DSM, Simon and Boota (the power sources of SGGL) absorbed all the ultra-dense space, which was converted into Spiral Energy, and had become an incredibly powerful entity, compared to the gods.
