In the beginning, there was death. Then, and forever after. As creation's most ancient of beings, there are very few things the Brothers Death do not entirely understand. Oddly enough, one such thing are their own creations. Born from mass grave at a time of plague, the Children of the Barrow forever owe their allegiance to Death, they who gave them life. Born from conflict and into conflict, the Children of the Barrow seek always to create a world without it. A world where they would no longer be needed. Born with skill in medicine and healing, the Children of the Barrow name themselves plague doctors, a name fitting for more than one reason. For each plague they cure, another is brought forth from their very existence. The Children of the Barrow wish only to heal, but the Brothers Death may have other plans for them. As does life.

Background

The Brothers Death are major antagonists in SCP Mythos. They are mysterious beings in the SCP Mythos include the three brothers whom are the personifications of death, which was the first thing born before creation.

The Brothers Death's realm is beyond that of the Tree, the Library and Alagadda. They are above all low dimensions and are touching the high dimensions. They also seems to possess a certain rivalry towards the Scarlet King, which would eventually result in a war that caused the destruction of everything that exists, including the Tree of Knowledge

The cards can banish great death from the masses, stopping disputes, wars, disasters and others, the sack can vacuum anything that is a major plague to the whole world, all three artifacts however have only a limited number of uses before they run out and the deaths no longer fear you, with the exception of the sack, which even after running out of uses, still maintains the power to trap all-death himself and force him to kill you if you are immortal.
