Background
The Lich is the main antagonist of Adventure Time. He is am ancient being which embodies the totality of evil, arriving on Earth and causing the extincion of the Dinosaurs. Millions of years later, the Mushroom War awakened his presence, allowing him to possess hosts for future generations, later he got defeated and sealed by the hero Billy and was put into an amber chamber inside the tree at the Candy Kingdom. After that, the Waving Snail came out of Finn's bag when he was inside the tree, there he managed to possess the it and allowed it to break the amber which he was sealed in, freeing the Lich once again to destroy eveything on his path.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Fire Manipulation (As shown here. Many of his attacks are made of fire), Radiation Manipulation (Made a pool entirely made out of radiation [1]), Regeneration (Low-Mid: In Crossover, the Lich regenerated his hand after being cutted by Finn's Grass Sword, likely Mid-High: Reformed his body after being hitted by Jake and being transformed into Gas), Mind Manipulation and Possession (The Lich, even while sealed, is constantly summoning spells to attack the mind of the oponent and those close to him and those who don't have any protective gear will be controlled and possesed by the Lich. Possessed the Waving Snail and Bubblegum and Mind controlled Finn), Death Manipulation (With the Lich's mere presence, everything close to him will leave a trace of death and destruction, when he was on the sea for example, all the living beings that were around like fish were shown to be clearly dead.[1] Killed Old Man Prismo by just breathing), Intangibility (As a gas), Magic, Natural Weaponry (His horns), Necromancy (Can raise the dead so that themselves fight for the Lich), Large Size (Type 0), Paralysis Inducement, Power Nullification and Sleep Manipulation (With his spell, 'fall', he renders the enemy completely powerless against the Lich, making them sleep and making their movement almost impossible.[2] Also has made Jake sleep by simply talking), Illusion Creation and Perception Manipulation (Demonstrated here. Has shown the King of Ooo and Toronto everything before time itself existed [3]), Darkness Manipulation (Manipulated his own shadow in Whispers), Corrosion Inducement (When he killed Prismo, his body turned into dust [4]), Sound Manipulation (Could still talk even while having no mouth due to being a single hand), Absorption, Transmutation and Unholy Manipulation (Is capable of absorbing the Earth's life force to convert into his own power[1]), Shapeshifting, Size Manipulation and Body Control (Has abilities similar of that to Main World Jake[5]), Telepathy, Time Manipulation and Time Stop (During the Fall scene, the Guardians are shown to be stopped and with the color grey, implying that the Lich stopped time, and once it stops everything becomes normal again), Fear Manipulation, Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7: His regeneration makes him almost impossible to kill. Stated to be capable of destroying all of Ooo entirely. Superior to the Citadel Guardians, who can defeat criminals capable of slicing entire planets. As a primordial monster, he's comparable to Orgalorg who can bust entire worlds)
Speed: Massively FTL+ (Far superior to the likes of the Ice King and Charlie. He's comparable to Orgalorg, which has been shown to be capable of flying interstellar distances in seconds and kept up with Grob Gob Glob Grod who incapacitated him mid flight and creating beams which can reach these speeds)
Lifting Strength: Class M (Scaling to Orgalorg, who can lift and thrown a village sized rock)
Durability: At least Large Planet level (Can tank attacks from the likes of Finn, Jake and Fern. The Citadel Guardians could attack the Lich but it was not very useful against him)

Intelligence: Gifted. The Lich knows many magical spells which he mastered with such as fire attacks, possession and many more and it's a total diabolical being who will kill anything in his path.
Weaknesses: If the Lich is unable to kill, he himself becomes paralyzed doing nothing. Life-based attacks can be a major threat to the Lich, as the Citadel Guardian's healing water has shown to incapacitate the Lich and transform him into Sweet P
