Summary
The power to stop time while still being able to move around normally. Variation of Time Manipulation. The user can stop time while being unaffected themselves, or may also allow others to be unaffected. Characters may be able to stop time for only a few seconds, or much longer - in some cases, they may be capable of stopping time indefinitely.
