It is impossible to describe God as he is beyond impossibility itself. God or Ein Sof is beyond the verse and is infinite and eternal as it is the divinity that creates new vessels of new possibilities that can exist beyond dimensions. Now the main thing about tier 0 on this wiki is that it needs all logical possible worlds contained in a space/realm. I found a possible logical thing in the series as it shows God existing as a logical necessity where it is the fact for all possibility to exist in the cosmos.

And there is a final paragraph that showed that Adam Kadmon one of God's creations is a seed/world that is logical and culminates in its Salvation and it was also responsible for being the blueprint of the entire universe itself. Adam Kadmon is isomorphic to all human languages, body and the sky and constellations itself. So that means that God can multiple Adam Kadmon seeds (who exist in their own internal logic) that bring birth to all possible universes and worlds which could possible resemble all logical possible worlds/universes (as seen in the other scans above).
