Summary
Vibration Manipulation is the ability to precipitously make, control, or in any case use vibrations of any force in battle. This Ability shows up most much of the time as a hostile assault, agitating the ground underneath the objective or sending dangerous shockwaves to pulverize enemies. Note that this doesn't have any significant bearing to characters who can make shockwaves through sheer brute force, yet have this ability as an extraordinary force or method.
